Refund policy

At Eazesolve, customer satisfaction comes first. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer the return and refund terms below.

Return Period
You can return your item within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Complete, with all parts included
- In resalable condition
Return requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned with missing parts
- Items without their original packaging

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incomplete
- Wrong item
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. After review, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases, you will not need to send the item back.

Refund Process
Once your returned item reaches us, we will inspect it. When your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged or sent incorrectly, all costs are covered by Eazesolve.
For all other returns (for example, change of mind or wrong size ordered), return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@eazesolve.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Items found to be used
- Orders past the return period
- Items returned incomplete
- Items without their original packaging
- Items damaged by the customer
