Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties

Buyer: The person placing an order on eazesolve.com, with the name, delivery address and contact details entered at checkout.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer on eazesolve.com. The product name, quantity, variant, price, shipping cost and payment details are as shown on the order summary and the order confirmation email, which form part of this agreement.
3. Price and payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include all charges collected by the Seller. Shipping is free. Payment is made by credit or debit card through a secure payment provider at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by the Buyer's country, if applicable, are the Buyer's responsibility.
4. Delivery
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Estimated delivery is 5–14 days after the order ships. A tracking number is sent by email once the order is on its way. If the Seller cannot deliver the product, the Buyer is informed and any amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement and return the product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by contacting support@eazesolve.com. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the Buyer. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned product.
6. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, the Buyer should contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery with a photo. The Seller will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to the Buyer.
7. Obligations of the parties
The Seller delivers the product as described on the product page, complete and in good condition. The Buyer confirms that the information entered at checkout is correct and that they have read the product details, this agreement and the store policies before placing the order.
8. Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the Buyer has under the law of their country of residence. Buyers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
9. Acceptance
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement. It takes effect on the date the order is placed.

2. Konu
Bu sözleşme, Alıcı'nın eazesolve.com üzerinden sipariş verdiği ürünlerin satışı ve teslimine ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenler. Ürün adı, adedi, çeşidi, fiyatı, kargo ücreti ve ödeme bilgileri sipariş özetinde ve sipariş onay e-postasında belirtildiği gibidir ve bu sözleşmenin ayrılmaz parçasıdır.
3. Fiyat ve ödeme
Tüm fiyatlar ABD Doları (USD) cinsindendir ve Satıcı tarafından tahsil edilen tüm bedelleri içerir. Kargo ücretsizdir. Ödeme, ödeme sayfasında güvenli ödeme altyapısı üzerinden kredi veya banka kartı ile yapılır. Alıcı'nın ülkesinde uygulanan gümrük vergisi veya harçlar varsa Alıcı'ya aittir.
4. Teslimat
ABD, Birleşik Krallık, Kanada ve Avustralya'ya gönderim yapılmaktadır. Tahmini teslim süresi, siparişin kargoya verilmesinden itibaren 5–14 gündür. Sipariş yola çıktığında takip numarası e-posta ile gönderilir. Ürünün teslim edilememesi halinde Alıcı bilgilendirilir ve ödenen tutar 14 gün içinde iade edilir.
5. Cayma hakkı ve iade
Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeden support@eazesolve.com adresine bildirimde bulunarak cayma hakkını kullanabilir. Ürün kullanılmamış, orijinal durumunda ve ambalajında iade edilmelidir. Fikir değişikliğinden kaynaklanan iadelerde iade kargo ücreti Alıcı'ya aittir. Ücret iadesi, iade edilen ürünün Satıcı'ya ulaşmasından itibaren 14 gün içinde, ödemenin yapıldığı yönteme yapılır.
6. Hasarlı, kusurlu veya yanlış ürün
Ürün hasarlı, kusurlu veya siparişten farklı ulaşırsa Alıcı, teslimattan itibaren 7 gün içinde fotoğrafla birlikte Satıcı'ya bildirmelidir. Satıcı, Alıcı'ya herhangi bir maliyet yüklemeden ücretsiz yeni ürün gönderir veya bedelin tamamını iade eder.
7. Tarafların yükümlülükleri
Satıcı, ürünü ürün sayfasındaki özelliklere uygun, eksiksiz ve sağlam olarak teslim etmekle yükümlüdür. Alıcı, ödeme sayfasında girdiği bilgilerin doğru olduğunu ve siparişten önce ürün bilgilerini, bu sözleşmeyi ve mağaza politikalarını okuduğunu kabul eder.
8. Uyuşmazlıklar
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; Alıcı'nın ikamet ettiği ülke hukukundan doğan emredici tüketici hakları saklıdır. Türkiye'deki alıcılar, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine veya Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir.
9. Yürürlük
Alıcı, siparişi vermekle bu sözleşmeyi okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Sözleşme, siparişin verildiği tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
